Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Associate
We're seeking an innovative, data-driven, and highly organized Digital Marketing Associate to help grow our brand presence and drive engagement across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, social media management, analytics, and brand stewardship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate business opportunities, and improve client engagement across online, social, digital signage, and streaming platforms.
Location: Based in Muscatine, Iowa, or with the ability to work from the Muscatine, Iowa office 3 days per week.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels and campaigns
  • Enhance website performance through SEO and content optimization
  • Create and distribute engaging content across social media, blogs, podcasts, and video platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI through analytics tools
  • Support brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Requirements
