JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading WSI’s digital content strategy and managing internal and external communications. This role ensures all messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand positioning. The position plays a key role in driving digital marketing performance, strengthening brand presence, and supporting lead generation and business growth across global markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute WSI's digital content strategy, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all channels
  • Lead the development and maintenance of WSI's brand voice, ensuring a professional and industry leading presence
  • Manage daily digital marketing operations across global markets, optimising campaigns to drive conversions and lead generation
  • Build and enhance WSI's digital brand through engaging and industry specific content
  • Plan and deliver structured content calendars across all platforms, aligning business priorities
  • Analyse campaign performance using data and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Own and deliver a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy including;
    • Creating and managing structured posting schedules
    • Managing executive LinkedIn profiles to build personal brands and industry visibility
    • Coordinating Sales team LinkedIn activity
  • Develop and manage an annual pipeline of white papers and case studies, including planning, stakeholder coordination, deadlines, and promotional strategies across LinkedIn and the company website.
  • Represent the marketing function at events and conferences, actively engaging with prospects and stakeholders, and developing a strong understanding of WSI and its offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support lead generation activities, including campaign execution, CRM usage, email marketing, and reporting on campaign impact.
  • Bring innovation and energy to the role by identifying new marketing approaches, leveraging AI and emerging tools, and continuously improving ways of working.
  • Design and produce high quality digital assets (graphics, presentations, visual content) using tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint), ensuring consistent and premium brand identity.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Hands on experience in implementing, managing and optimising key digital marketing channels (e.g. social media, email, website, SEO)
  • Proficiency in presentation and visual design tools, including PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or equivalent
  • Experience with CMS and website editing (e.g. Wordpress or equivalent)
  • Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience managing social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Hands on experience with CRM and marketing platforms
