As a Business Analyst & Digital Marketing Intern, youโ€™ll collaborate with experienced analysts, engineers, and business teams. Youโ€™ll help capture requirements, create content, and build reporting tools that support our decision-makers. Responsibilities:


Business Process Documentation and Requirements Gathering

  • Assist in documenting current business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into structured documentation.
  • Support the development of user stories, functional requirements, and business requirement documents (BRDs).

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Assist in data visualization.
  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across various business units.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create and maintain content for internal and external digital platforms, including platforms, newsletters, and product information resources.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor digital engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and operational stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Participate in meetings and agile ceremonies to support project initiatives and process improvement efforts.

Knowledge Management and Documentation

  • Help build and update glossaries, templates, and procedural documents to enhance project consistency and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
  • Academic exposure to business analysis, marketing, data reporting, or process improvement concepts.
  • Comfortable with Data: You have experience working with Excel and are eager to build skills in tools like Power BI or SQL.
  • Detail-Oriented: You enjoy organizing information, documenting processes, and identifying gaps or inconsistencies others might miss.
  • Strong written communication skills with an interest in creating engaging digital content.
  • Curious and Analytical: You love understanding how things work and using data to drive better decisions.
  • Fast Learner and Collaborator: You pick up new concepts quickly, communicate clearly, and enjoy working across different teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with creating content for digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, content management systems, or digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of customer engagement analytics.
  • Experience building basic dashboards or reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Understanding of operational processes in manufacturing, service, or supply chain environments is a plus.
  • Interest in digital transformation, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), or business systems integration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
