The Junior Digital Marketing Manager will demonstrate a clear understanding of business needs and goals to plan and execute digital marketing strategies that deliver excellent results and ROI. This role works collaboratively to coordinate and manage digital campaigns to implement a winning marketing strategy
Essential Job Functions:
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Perform keyword, competitor, industry, and content development research
  • Optimize paid ad campaigns and manage ad spend
  • Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including website strategy, budget, design, and social media.
  • Track KPIs through digital analytics and reporting to ensure strategies are achieving client objectives and producing ROI
  • Manage the call tracking platform
  • Execute continual research and learning to stay aware of trends within the industry
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time appropriately to meet short and long-term deadlines
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar
  • Work to maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
  • Working closely with marketing to establish and maintain brand awareness and consistency
  • Working closely with graphic designers to ensure content consistency
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure the effectiveness of each campaign
