POSITION SUMMARY

Delta360 is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our team as Digital Marketing & Creative Manager. This position will lead digital marketing initiatives, manage creative and brand execution, and support company-wide marketing efforts across advertising, recruiting, events, and internal communications.
 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, family-owned company and play a key role in shaping the Delta360 brand across multiple platforms and markets. The ideal candidate is digitally fluent, highly organized, creative, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects while driving measurable marketing performance.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels

Manage marketing automation initiatives including email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, audience segmentation, and CRM integration

Oversee CRM and marketing automation platforms including HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar systems

Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, content development, campaign execution, reporting, workflow automation, and overall business operations

Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics including ROI, conversion rates, lead generation, website traffic, and customer engagement

Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility, organic rankings, and paid search performance

Manage and maintain company website(s), including updates, landing pages, user experience improvements, and content optimization

Implement and maintain tracking tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and advertising pixels

Collaborate with developers or work within CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar website management systems

Develop creative assets including digital ads, social graphics, presentations, email templates, brochures, and marketing collateral

Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, social media, recruiting, and internal communication channels

Support content creation including blogs, case studies, recruiting campaigns, social media content, and company announcements

Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of company events, trade shows, recruiting events, and internal initiatives

Develop event marketing campaigns including email promotion, landing pages, social media campaigns, and paid advertising support

Support internal communications including company updates, newsletters, presentations, and employee-facing marketing initiatives

Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on campaign concepts, messaging, and strategic marketing initiatives

Track and report marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization and growth

Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative marketing, brand management, or related marketing roles

Strong experience with paid media campaigns, digital advertising platforms, marketing automation, and analytics

Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, and digital marketing tools

Proficiency in design and creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, website optimization, and digital marketing best practices

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms preferred

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and strong personal accountability

Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted marketing platforms, automation tools, or similar technologies preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across departments

High attention to detail and strong project management capabilities

Experience with event marketing, recruiting marketing, or employer branding a plus

Photography, videography, or content production experience a plus
