The Scope of Work

  • Ensure all design work aligns with PJ Morgan Real Estate’s brand standards, maintaining consistency in tone, quality, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Create and manage branded templates for marketing materials and platform content, continually improving and expanding the library.
  • Design and manage a variety of digital assets, including campaign concepts, banner ads, website graphics, and social media visuals delivering on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Develop and design emails, blog layouts, and other communications including email marketing campaigns.
  • Design, create, maintain, and update company websites to ensure functionality, fresh content, and visual appeal.
  • Support SEO efforts to improve website visibility and drive web traffic.
  • Write copy and edit content for blogs, web pages, emails, social media, and print pieces to engage audiences and support company and marketing goals.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews to uphold and enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Create campaigns that focus on capturing potential customer information.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical company files and company database.
  • Participate in company events and contribute a positive, team-focused presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, develop, and implement strategies for organic social media campaigns
  • Present monthly and quarterly social and competitive reports; analyze available insights, define drivers of performance.
  • Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users

  • Strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Creative and collaborative designer with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and web design; brings fresh ideas while working within brand guidelines.
  • Organized and self-motivated multitasker who thrives under pressure and takes ownership of high-quality, client-focused work.
  • Experienced in creating customer personas and bringing them to life through actionable insights and storytelling.
  • Experienced in web design with a clear understanding of user-friendly, visually engaging layouts; must provide a digital portfolio including at least one website they’ve designed.
  • Tech-savvy team player, proficient in Microsoft 365, with bonus experience in event photography, and a drive to learn and grow.
