The opportunity 
 

This role defines and drives the digitalization of the quality processes within PGHV HUB MEA based on overall business unit strategy and serves as the process owner for the key digital quality tools SAP-QM and DPS for the Hub.
This position reports solid line to the HUB Quality Manager Hub MEA and dotted line to the BU Digital Quality Manager as well as to the BU SAP-QM Implementation Manager.

How you'll make an impact 

  • Manage full implementation of Digital Passport System (DPS) to record and analyze critical-to-quality characteristics across the factories in the hub.
  • Manage full implementation of SAP Quality Module to record and analyze failures across the factories in the hub.
  • Act as Business Process Owner (first contact person) for SAP Q Module for the hub - Guide & Train local units how to work with the SAP Quality Module in line with the BU guidelines.
  • Contribute to strategy definition for global BU SAP Quality Module Guideline.
  • Ensure fulfillment of traceability requirements and customer quality reporting from DPS.
  • Participate in development and drive introduction of Digital Factory from user perspective.
  • Establish a key user community across all units in the hub.
  • Implement and track KPIs to measure the completeness of implementation of DPS and Digital Factory.
  • Drive implementation of a process to check quality and completeness of captured data along the value chain in each unit.
  • Implement capability for Digital Factory/DPS to verify end-of-line product quality. 
  • Analyze Data in SAP Quality Notifications and from Digital Factory/DPS to initiate Quality Improvement Projects.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in rolling-out digital tools.
  • Proficient in understanding Quality processes and concepts in the SAP Quality Module.
  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP S4/HANA.
  • Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts.
  • Preferred experience from working and managing production and/or project business.
  • Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification is preferred.
  • Ability to build broad internal network and capability to explain and map complex work streams and processes in an easy and understandable way.
  • Self-driving, motivational and inspirational personality.
  • Team player with exceptional adaptability and facilitation capabilities.
  • Trainer and coach of teams globally.
  • Indirect leadership and collaboration across the global organization.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
