Growth Marketing SEO & Content Intern (Paid)

Blueprint

New York, NY โ€ข Remote

Internship

Re-posted 18 days ago

Job description

This opportunity is a PAID INTERNSHIP at $20/hour.

As a Growth Marketing & SEO Intern on Blueprint’s fast-growing team, you will make an important and lasting impact on how we market to and communicate with the hundreds of thousands of mental health therapists working every day to support clients when they need it most.

Blueprint is building the AI Assistant for mental health clinicians. Therapists can use Blueprint alongside their existing EHR, or as an AI-assisted EHR, to help with documentation, admin, clinical support, scheduling, billing, and the work that happens before, during, and after every session.

In this role, you will work directly with our growth marketing team and collaborate with Blueprint’s clinical team to create clear, useful, search-optimized content for therapists. You are not expected to have clinical expertise yourself. Instead, you should be curious, organized, a strong writer and researcher, and excited to learn how to use AI to accelerate research, content creation, and marketing execution.

This is a strong opportunity for a student or early-career marketer who wants to learn how growth marketing works inside a fast-growing startup. SEO and content will be the core focus, but you will also get exposure to how our team thinks about positioning, website strategy, acquisition, landing pages, conversion, paid and organic channels, and the path from someone discovering Blueprint to becoming a customer.

You'll work on projects like these:

  • Use AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting, editing, summarizing, and organizing marketing content.
  • Help create and improve website content, including blog posts, resource guides, landing pages, comparison pages, glossary content, and updates to existing pages.
  • Collaborate with Blueprint’s clinical team to turn expert input into clear, accurate, practical content for therapists.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic search growth.
  • Review search results, competitor pages, and therapist pain points to understand what content Blueprint should create or improve.
  • Help organize SEO research, content briefs, drafts, clinical review notes, and performance insights so the marketing team can move faster.
  • Support web content, landing pages, and conversion-focused copy that help therapists understand Blueprint’s value.
  • Review existing website pages and suggest improvements to clarity, structure, internal linking, and search intent alignment.
  • Learn how the growth marketing team prioritizes ideas, tests messaging, measures performance, and improves marketing channels over time.
  • Review clinician feedback, customer conversations, and market research to identify themes that can inform future content.
  • Contribute to fast-moving marketing projects across SEO, content, website strategy, product marketing, and growth experiments.

About Blueprint:

Blueprint is a fast-growing, venture-backed, mission-driven digital health startup focused on improving the quality and sustainability of mental health care.

Mental health therapists are facing more demand, more documentation, more administrative work, and increasing pressure to do more with less. Blueprint helps clinicians reduce that burden with AI-powered tools for documentation, clinical support, and practice operations.

Therapists can use Blueprint on top of the EHR they already have, or switch to Blueprint’s AI-assisted EHR. Our goal is to help clinicians spend less time on administrative work and more time delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, current enrollment in a degree program, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Strong writing, research, and editing skills.
  • Strong interest in growth marketing, SEO, content strategy, AI, health tech, mental health, or prosumer software.
  • High curiosity and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong interest in using AI tools to improve research, writing, organization, and execution.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Ability to take feedback and improve work quickly.
  • Comfort collaborating with marketing and clinical team members.
  • No clinical degree, license, or clinical expertise required.

Benefits

  • $20 hourly
  • 100% remote
  • Opportunities to grow with the company
  • Hardworking, mission-driven, friendly coworkers
  • Reaching hundreds of thousands of people with your words to improve mental health
