This remote role allows counselors to operate from the comfort of their home while still being an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to fostering healing and personal growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster unity among clients, encouraging them to share experiences and create supportive connections.
• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients delve into their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, while developing personalized coping strategies and achievable action plans.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and aspirations, guiding them toward their mental wellness goals.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback systems to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work in tandem with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care effectively and discuss complex cases, ensuring comprehensive support for every individual.

Our outpatient treatment center specializes in serving young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing mental health challenges. Clients often struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. As an LPC in our center, you will have the rewarding opportunity to directly contribute to their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Current LPC licensure is mandatory for this role.

We are seeking candidates who have:

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, particularly with young adults.
• A background in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and team members.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
