Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster connection and support among clients, empowering them to share their experiences and learn collaboratively.
• Conducting individualized therapy sessions that provide clients with the space to explore their thoughts and emotions, while assisting them in developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans for recovery.
• Crafting comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that plans are tailored to meet their unique needs and goals.
• Monitoring client progress using various assessment tools and feedback methodologies to evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches for complex client cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. Your efforts will be focused on providing compassionate support and evidence-based treatments tailored to this demographic, which is often faced with unique pressures and stressors. By addressing their mental health needs, you will help clients build resilience, improve their well-being, and foster meaningful connections with others.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who have previous experience working with young adults in a clinical setting, particularly those with knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices. Experience in outpatient mental health treatment, group therapy facilitation, and integrated care approaches will be especially valuable.
