Our established Financial Services client is continuing to build a world class Marketing Organization committed to driving results with our retail and payments partners while also delivering leading customer experiences. They are seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Administrator (Consultant) to manage the administration of their DAM platform.
Reporting to the VP, Digital Asset Manager, this consultant role will support the vision for the DAM by providing the administration (Administrator) for the platform, helping with the curation of all video, digital and print assets created for our multiple marketing campaigns, and regulatory assets used throughout the Synchrony organization and acting as the change manager for the DAM processes.
Keys for this role:
Prior experience as a DAM Administrator in a previous role(s) using one or several of these platforms: Bynder, Aprimo, Brandfolder, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Tenovos
This team will be using a new platform (that platform has not yet been chosen) and this DAM Administrator will need to help introduce it across the organization.
This candidate needs to be very detailed, tracking daily, weekly and monthly updates needed. They will work with Client Marketing teams, with outside agencies, with designers, plus other teams across the organization.
There is a Change Management aspect of this role, training others on how to use the chosen platform, holding training callas as needed, ensuring all colleagues know how to use the platform, and why they are using it. Getting buy in from all involved.
Essential Responsibilities:
โ€ข The Administrator will support the vision and direction of the DAM that has been provided by the manager
โ€ข Focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use the changes to some business processes in relation to the DAM
โ€ข Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize user adoption and usage of required changes. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from users and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes
โ€ข Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications
โ€ข Daily maintenance, review, and delivery of DAM assets ensuring they adhere to DAM governance with the support of the Librarians
โ€ข Manage the creation, maintenance, governance and execution of metadata, facet/filtering, taxonomy structure, and security user/group permissions
โ€ข Review taxonomy and Metadata frequently for changes required, based upon Synchrony business and process changes
โ€ข Ensure that metadata entries are accurate to meet a 99.9% goal in the DAM.
โ€ข Troubleshooting for the DAM platform
โ€ข Assist in training users and create instructional documents or videos.
โ€ข Monitor content quality.
โ€ข Develop standard reports and summarize trends for asset usage, adoption, and delivery.
โ€ข Develop and maintain governance documentation for all administrative processes and setup for the DAM
โ€ข Build relationships with all DAM users and continue to grow and extend usage throughout the organization
โ€ข Comply with Synchrony's branding and standardizations
โ€ข Perform various other tasks or projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
โ€ข 5+ Years' Experience administration within DAM systems (i.e., Tenovos, Widen, Workfront, AEM, etc.)
โ€ข Familiarity with metadata for tagging assets and cataloging taxonomy
โ€ข Strong workflow development, ability to capture requirements and develop a plan
โ€ข Excellent troubleshooting skills
โ€ข Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Desired Characteristics:
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology, Master's degree preferred or work experience
โ€ข Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions in the Financial Services Industry.
