Job Description:
Lead digital growth and ecommerce performance for a global skincare brand, owning paid media, DTC strategy, and site optimization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid acquisition across Search, Social, Display, and emerging channels
  • Oversee agency partnerships (SEO, paid media) and performance optimization
  • Own DTC forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Execute website updates, merchandising, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, and development teams
  • Lead CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Drive SEO strategy, blog content, and site performance improvements
  • Manage affiliate programs and partnerships
  • Supervise and mentor junior team member

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • 3โ€“5 years in digital marketing/ecommerce (DTC required)
    • Beauty, skincare, or haircare industry experience
