Director Digital Experience and Content Strategy | CentraCare 
Lead. Develop. Execute. 

Position Summary

Bring your passion and make an impact as CentraCare's Director of Digital Experience and Content Strategy.  We are looking for someone who is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing digital experience, content strategy, and creative execution across CentraCare. 

In this Director role you will serve as the business owner for digital experience, content, and audience engagement strategies while partnering with Information Systems and Technology, which maintains responsibility for technology governance, architecture, platform management, security, and technical implementation.
What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership and collaboration for system-wide digital platforms (in collaboration with Information Systems and Technology), content, and creative initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, brand standards, and audience needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital and content strategies that advance organizational objectives, strengthen the brand, build trust, and drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with department and organizational leadership to enhance digital experiences and deliver compelling, audience-centered content across channels.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for digital experience, content strategy, and creative execution across the organization.


Schedule

  • Full time | 80 hours every two weeks
  • Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Hybrid position to include on-site requirement | St. Cloud MN
  • Required to live within driving distance from a CentraCare site to support onsite responsibilities as needed; travel to other sites required.  


Pay and Benefits

  • Starting pay begins at $145, 329.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Salary range: $145, 329.60 - $222,289.60 per year
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications, Marketing, UX, Design, or related field required.  Master's degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, content strategy, or related fields, including leadership/management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams (digital, UX, content, creative)
  • Experience in healthcare or complex, matrixed organizations preferred
  • Deep expertise in UX, digital platforms, content strategy, and multi-channel engagement
  • Experience with content management systems, digital tools, and emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, SEO, and digital best practices


Leadership Competencies

  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on digital strategy and experience design
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into effective digital experiences and content strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insights to drive optimization and performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
