Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Developer, Digital Assets , Agile concepts, CI/CD
10+ years experience
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and implement enterprise DLT solutions for digital asset workflows, settlement, and shared record-keeping.
• Build chaincode/contracts and transaction logic on permissioned/public DLT platforms as per use-case needs.
• Define ledger data models, consensus choices, identity models, and access-control policies.
• Develop integrations with core banking/finance systems, payment rails, and compliance tooling.
• Implement participant onboarding, certificate/key rotation, and role-based permissions across network members.
• Build data pipelines for ledger event ingestion, audit reporting, and regulatory traceability.
• Ensure high availability and resilience of DLT nodes, ordering services, and peer communication layers.
• Establish CI/CD and automated testing for contract logic, network config, and release governance.
• Create observability dashboards for transaction latency, throughput, finality, and failure trends.
• Troubleshoot distributed system issues such as consensus faults, network partitions, and state divergence.
• Work with architecture and security teams on encryption, privacy controls, and data residency requirements.
• Produce clear technical artifacts: topology diagrams, integration specs, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
