  • This role supports the client's digital practice by driving day-to-day execution across social media and creator marketing programs for large consumer and technology brands.
Job Summary
  • Execute integrated social media and creator marketing programs end-to-end across two client accounts, maintaining an approximate 50/50 split between social and creator workstreams.
  • Develop and manage social content calendars, publish content, write optimized social copy, and translate strategy into actionable content plans across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Support influencer and creator campaigns from planning through execution, including drafting creator briefs, managing creator communications, facilitating content reviews, and supporting contract negotiations.
  • Conduct trend research and social listening to surface insights and inform editorial planning and content strategy for client teams.
  • Synthesize campaign performance data into light reporting and optimization recommendations, applying familiarity with measurement tools and engagement benchmarks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within a larger team environment, supporting multiple internal stakeholders while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Write creative briefs and support the briefing of internal creative teams to bring social strategies to life.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital, social media, or creator marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience executing social media programs for large consumer or technology brands, including content calendar management, content publishing, and social copy writing.
  • Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns, including familiarity with creator communications, content review workflows, and campaign timelines.
  • Experience with large consumer or technology brand accounts at a mid-to-large agency.
  • Strong writing skills, including social copy, creative briefs, and editorial content.
  • Agency background, with demonstrated ability to work quickly across multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with regulated industries, including alcohol brands or similarly complex marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with creator marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ or comparable tools.
  • Working knowledge of paid social media, including paid publisher partnerships or integrations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and comfort with performance data and benchmark reporting.
