Responsible for executing marketing advertising programs and performing regular analysis and reporting in support of digital marketing initiatives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages multiple projects across various digital channels, and utilizes data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data across digital marketing channels, including website analytics, email campaigns, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to stakeholders (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, CPA/ROAS, and engagement).
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, user experience, and the online customer journey by analyzing data and user behavior.
  • Partner with the Digital Content team to analyze website performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic to improve organic growth.
  • Build dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio or Power BI) and refresh them on an agreed cadence to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and development teams to implement data-driven strategies and deliver shared goals.
  • Execute paid digital advertising and partner with the business to optimize targeting, conversions, and overall campaign performance (e.g., ROAS, CPA, and lead quality).
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to keep work on track.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years hands on data analytics or digital marketing experience

Skill Sets

  • Advanced analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience with BigQuery, SQL, and JavaScript
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
  • Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
  • Proven track record in managing successful Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Solid understanding of website analytics, SEO and AEO principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with CCPA and GDPR laws; experience with OneTrust is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing technology such as marketing automation platforms, brand portals, and digital asset management platforms

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Certification

  • Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads, or comparable hands-on experience
  • Other data visualization or marketing technology-related certifications preferred
