Job Summary
The Content Coordinator is responsible for creating, organizing, and managing engaging content across multiple platforms to support the park's communication, marketing, and guest engagement efforts. This role works closely with the Marketing, Events, and Human Resources teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and timely distribution of information. The Content Coordinator plays an important role in promoting park events, highlighting team member culture, and supporting guest communications through social media, website updates, newsletters, and other digital and print materials.
Essential Functions
To succeed in this role, individuals must perform all essential functions effectively, with reasonable accommodation provided as needed.
  • Develop, edit, and publish content for social media, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with departments ( HR, Events, Operations) to ensure content is accurate, timely, and consistent with the park's branding.
  • Capture photos and videos of park events, attractions, and team member activities for use in marketing and communications.
  • Maintain the content calendar and track deadlines for campaigns, events, and announcements.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, signage, and digital graphics.
  • Monitor guest engagement on digital platforms and respond to inquiries in coordination with Guest Relations.
  • Archive, organize, and maintain digital assets including photos, videos, and graphics.
  • Provide support for special events, including coordinating vendor communications, assisting with scheduling, and preparing event-related content.
  • Provide support for special events and campaigns by preparing and distributing related content.
  • Ensure all content meets company standards for professionalism, accuracy, and tone.
  • Promote teamwork, positivity, and professionalism within the department.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures while protecting company assets.
  • Maintain clean and tidy work areas and take pride in wardrobe & appearance.
  • Assist other departments as staffing needs require.

Education and/or Experience
Prior experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar field.
Experience managing social media accounts or digital content for a business or organization.
Photography, videography, or graphic design experience
Experience in hospitality, attractions, or entertainment industry is beneficial but not required.
