We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping an organization running efficiently.
As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee daily office administration, coordinate internal activities, support recruiting and onboarding efforts, assist with customer and vendor communications, and help grow brand through engaging social media and marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is equally passionate about organization, customer service, and creative marketing.
Essential Responsibilities
Office Administration
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate office to maintain a productive, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility-related needs.
  • Process invoices, assist with purchasing, and maintain administrative records.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding logistics, including equipment, workspace preparation, and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain company forms, policies, procedures, and internal documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, and organizing company calendars.

Marketing & Social Media
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop content that showcases company culture, customer success stories, employee achievements, community involvement, and technology solutions.
  • Assist with website updates, email campaigns, newsletters, recruiting campaigns, and marketing materials.

Recruiting & Employee Engagement
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.

  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, company events, volunteer activities, and team-building initiatives.

Customer & Vendor Relations

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers while delivering exceptional customer service.

Process Improvement

Qualifications:
