This is an 'in office', full time position at the Celsius HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.  

Reporting to the Associate Creative Director the Digital Designer will play a key role within the Celsius Digital team, working collaboratively across the creative department to develop high-impact digital assets. This role focuses on driving brand engagement and performance through a variety of formats, including social media, email, website, and e-commerce platforms. 

The ideal candidate is a strong designer with a clear understanding of fundamental design principles and a sharp eye for detail. They should have a strong aptitude for digital environments and be confident in speaking to digital-first strategies. You will be responsible for concepting, art directing, and producing impactful creative content, ensuring all assets align with and evolve with the brand's identity.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with brand standards, style, and strategy. 
  • Develop and present innovative digital assets that push creative boundaries and elevate brand expectations. 
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and brand teams to deliver engaging user experiences across digital touchpoints 
  • Ideate, design, and execute compelling digital assets that support campaign goals and brand storytelling. 
  • Design, and deliver creative assets across digital touchpoints including social media, paid media, web, e-commerce, retail media networks, and digital out-of-home placements while adhering to platform specifications and brand guidelines. 
  • Create sketches, mood boards, and other visual references to communicate concepts and creative direction. 
  • Ensure all visual assets adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across touchpoints. 
  • Support quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality of all digital outputs. 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick turnarounds are common. 
  • Set and exceed quality benchmarks without compromising speed or execution. 
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design excellence. 

Requirements

  • Portfolio required: Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume. 
  • 4+ years of experience in visual design within an agency or in-house creative team. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and familiarity with Microsoft. 
  • Experience leveraging ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI-assisted creative tools to accelerate concepting, visual exploration, and content development. 
  • Expertise in digital-first design with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices. 
  • Strong foundation in composition, color theory, and design principles. 
  • Strong skills in illustration, typography, and layout design. 
  • Familiarity with digital and major social media platforms. 
  • Conceptual thinker with a talent for translating strategy into impactful visual storytelling. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
  • Ability to inspire and collaborate with team members to create exceptional work. 
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. 
  • Open to feedback and skilled at both giving and receiving constructive critique.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
