Weโ€™re shaping the future of digital retail in lightingโ€”and we want you to help drive it. Our mission is clear: to be the authoritative digital destination in the lighting market. Our success is built on digital excellence, and the future of our business depends on how effectively we acquire, engage, and convert customers across performance-driven channels.

Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will report directly into the VP, Customer Acquisitions and own day-to-day execution and optimization across our acquisition channels, including paid social (Meta, Pinterest, and emerging platforms), affiliate marketing, display, and emerging channels such as CTV. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, this role blends hands-on channel management, partner relationship development, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on measurable growth, efficiency, and ROI. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who is detail-oriented, analytical, and tacticalโ€”someone who can move fluidly between hands-on campaign execution and partner negotiation, and who is a genuinely strong collaborator with both internal teams and external partners. Youโ€™ll have real input into channel strategy and the testing roadmap, working closely with the Senior Manager to shape where we invest next.

Responsibilities: Paid Social
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, and additional platforms as needed.
  • Execute hands-on campaign setup, testing, optimization, and scaling, including audience strategy, creative testing, and budget pacing.
  • Partner closely with creative teams to develop and iterate high-performing ad creative and ideate new creative concepts.
  • Execute tactics to grow our customer base in new audience segments.
Affiliate Marketing
  • Own day-to-day management of the affiliate programโ€”partner relationships, commission structures, and promotional proposalsโ€”working with our agency to grow the program profitably and in compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Identify and negotiate new affiliate partnerships across underpenetrated audiences and customer segments.
  • Drive improved in-stock rates, inventory productivity, and service levels across all channels
Display and Emerging Channels
  • Manage display prospecting and retargeting campaigns and help test and evaluate emerging channels such as CTV alongside the Senior Manager.
Influencer Marketing
  • Evaluate creator partners for brand fit, create briefs to guide content, and help build out the channel as part of our affiliate and paid social strategies.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track and report on performance across channels, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Surface insights to inform channel mix and acquisition strategy and evaluate testing partners and platforms with the Senior Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with merchandising, creative, digital, and external partners to plan and align campaigns with seasonal and promotional calendars.
  • Contribute to the broader digital acquisition strategy and testing roadmap alongside the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing.
What You Bring to the Table
  • At least three (3) years of performance or growth marketing experience for an e-commerce or DTC brand, with hands-on experience across multiple acquisition channels (paid social, affiliate, display).
  • Direct experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and Pinterest, and hands-on experience with at least one major affiliate platform (Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, AWIN, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to build dashboards and optimize campaigns against CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skillsโ€”youโ€™re a strong, detail-oriented partner to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1โ€“3 days per week in-office).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with merchandising and promotional planning in a retail environment.
  • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, and full-funnel performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to document business processes, SOPs, or workflows in a clear, structured format
