Position Summary...As a Group Director Talent Partner- Business Retail, you will partner closely with senior executive leaders across Walmart U.S. and Sam’s Club to develop talent acquisition strategies that meet evolving business needs and strategic staffing priorities. You will lead a large, high-performing talent acquisition organization responsible for hiring both Home Office and field-based positions, ensuring we deliver exceptional results at scale.

  • Lead transformation of talent acquisition ways of working, evolving operating models, processes, and team capabilities to deliver faster, more agile, and insight-driven hiring outcomes aligned with Walmart’s enterprise transformation.
  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Walmart’s retail business, supporting hiring across stores, clubs, supply chain, and home office roles.
  • Partner with senior executive leaders across Walmart U.S. and Sam’s Club to align recruiting strategies with business priorities and long-term workforce planning.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team responsible for delivering hiring outcomes at scale.
  • Drive performance through clear metrics, operational discipline, and accountability, ensuring the organization consistently meets or exceeds hiring goals.
  • Identify and address root causes impacting hiring outcomes, continuously improving processes and operating models.
