Digital & Social Media Strategist

  • Location: LCNB Operations Center, Lebanon, OH โ€“ Potential Hybrid Schedule
  • Status: Full-Time Salaried Non-Exempt
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm
  • Compensation: Base salary and incentive compensation plan


Position Purpose:

LCNB National Bank is seeking a Digital & Social Media Strategist. This position is responsible for collaborating with colleagues within the Marketing team to implement strategies for LCNB National Bank and its lines of business, including Consumer & Business Banking, Lending & Wealth. The ideal candidate will possess experience in bank products & services, functional knowledge and experience in marketing or related field, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to advance the marketing efforts of the bank. This position also requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively multi-tasking. Ability to monitor and report on the success of the marketing campaigns and project results.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Designing and copywriting digital marketing and internal communications
    • Create, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns
    • Use CMS to update Bank website, including the creation of new pages
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Monitoring KPIs like engagement rates and audience demographics to refine strategy and boost reach.
  • Cross Functional Support:
    • Coordination of email marketing campaigns; creation of content as directed, list management
    • Support branch network; digital materials, local marketing initiatives
  • Project Management:
    • Complete marketing department operational requirements
    • Engage and collaborate with third party partners as required
    • Manage projects performed by advertising agency as required
    • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Marketing Officer

Required Competencies:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing, advertising or social media strategy, or related field experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Competencies/Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, trends and best practices
  • Experience with social media advertising, budget management, and campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with financial services marketing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong content creation, storytelling, and writing skills for both internal and external audiences
  • Creative data-driven thinker with the ability to analyze performance and optimize strategies
  • Basic design and/or video editing skills
  • Experience with influencer, employer branding, or integrated digital campaigns preferred
  • Excellent organization, time management and project prioritization skills

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
