Job description

Reports to: CFO

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Responsibilities

A   Oversight, development, and management of company's fixed asset program

A  Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to source, substantiate, and secure fixed asset inventory  

A   Coordinate with operations team, finance team,and prospective buyers to retire and / or liquidate fixed asset inventory

A  Coordinate with finance team to reconcile fixed asset management software and fixed asset register / general ledger

A   Coordinate with vendors to secure and maintainfixed asset documentation

A   Conduct interval and annual fixed asset counts and audits

A   Coordinate with operations and quality teams todevelop asset maintenance documentation and document retention protocols

A   Coordinate with district management teams tofacilitate inter-district equipment transfers within fixed asset management software

A   Monitor equipment rental and subcontractor activity to assess buy / rent options  

A   Coordinate with operations and finance teams tosubstantiate capex / opex requests via AFE process

A   Ensure compliance with the national QMS and HSEprograms

A   Create and maintain a safe work environment forall employees

A  All other assigned duties

 Qualifications

A      Working experience as program administrator, responsible for development and oversight of asset management program

A      Working knowledge of surface pressure control equipment

A      Working knowledge of accounting functions

A      Working knowledge of surface pressure control equipment

A      High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong ERP systems experience

A     Excellent communicator, both writtenand verbal


The Corporate Asset Manager position is a full-time, exempt position.

Compensationcommensurate with experience and relevant skillset. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
