RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow IT Asset Management Engineer in Katy, TX.
Duties:
* Responsible for serving as the technical owner for ITAM capabilities within ServiceNow, evolving HAM Pro and SAM Pro capabilities, aligning ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph, and supporting CSDM and enterprise data strategy
* Partners with IT, finance, procurement, operations, vendors, Information Security, and compliance teams to improve asset visibility, strengthen risk posture, identify software license compliance risks, and uncover cost optimization opportunities
* Builds KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for asset performance, lifecycle health, spend visibility, and compliance exposure
* Helps mature ITAM into a scalable enterprise-grade capability supporting distributed or multi-site environments, including retail operations with 325+ locations
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, IT Operations, or a related enterprise technology environment
* Hands-on experience implementing and supporting HAM Pro and SAM Pro
* Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and/or Service Graph
* Experience supporting asset lifecycle processes, governance, compliance, and audit readiness
* Experience in retail, multi-site, or distributed operating environments preferred
* Experience designing automation-driven workflows across the asset lifecycle
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph, and CSDM concepts
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITAM architecture, including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, normalization, reconciliation, and lifecycle states
* Strong understanding of software licensing, asset lifecycle governance, compliance controls, and audit support
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ITAM solutions aligned to platform architecture
* Ability to build dashboards and reporting for asset performance, lifecycle health, spend visibility, and risk exposure
* Preferred certifications include CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-ITOM, CSA, or related ServiceNow credentials
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
