Title: Web/Digital Operations Analyst
Location: Onsite at St. Paul, MN 
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: Monday – Friday/ 8 AM - 5 PM

Description:
The IT Digital Analyst supports the company’s digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, and operational stability.
This role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders—translating complex web technologies into clear, actionable information.
The analyst is responsible for website monitoring, troubleshooting, content support, process documentation, reporting, and liaising with developers, designers, and IT partners.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable working across both IT and business environments to maintain a seamless and high-quality digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with website analytics, reporting, and tracking to support business insights.
• Document processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maintain clear operational records.
• Provide training or guidance to internal users on tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality, addressing issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website errors reported by internal and external users.
• Support content updates, page builds, and routine site maintenance in collaboration with IT and Business Units.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and IT teams to implement enhancements, patches, and new features.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and security requirements.
• Communicate complex web technologies, system behavior, and data insights in clear, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as required to meet evolving business needs (e.g., eIFU record creation and review).
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend web applications (e.g., S3, ESL, TIBCO).
• Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts, content management workflows).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Background in IT support, web administration, digital operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor's in Information Technology (IT)
 
Interview: Initial meeting via Teams, then either will have the candidate come onsite or a 2nd Teams meeting.
