Why This Job

As part of Center of Excellence team within the EBG's Marketing Operations group, the Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for strategy development, campaign setup, and optimization of digital advertising globally across all EBG business lines. The Digital Advertising Manager will drive performance in key metrics like new contacts and lead generation, set best practices and governance policies, and explore new advertising opportunities as they become available.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the other marketing teams to enable their day-to-day activities by aligning processes, implementing best practices, driving efficiencies, adopting new technologies, and optimizing performance
  • Develop and manage a customized digital advertising strategy (encompassing PPC, display, and paid social) supporting the needs of each business line for the Emerging Businesses Group globally
  • Plan, setup, monitor and optimize ongoing "evergreen" and campaign-specific advertising campaigns
  • Incorporate and balance both "evergreen"/always-on advertising and time-limited/campaign-specific advertising covering all stages of the marketing and sales funnel
  • Support the Marketing team to set individual campaign goals, audiences, call to action and budget, provide advice as appropriate
  • Set up new campaigns, build custom audiences, and set up conversion tracking
  • Monitor in-flight campaigns, optimize for best performance
  • Measure and report on KPIs
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for related digital tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Set CMC up for future success by identifying and testing new digital channels and tools
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of related experience in digital advertising
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • B2B and eCommerce experienced preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads required
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and reddit Ads preferred
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor, equally comfortable thinking strategically at a high level and personally driving initiatives forward
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting advertising strategy and results to senior leaders
  • Ability to build relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Able to quickly learn all EBG lines of business and stay engaged with internal departments to continuously learn new products and features
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or finance required
  • MBA preferred
