Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Digital Advertising to lead our paid advertising strategy, marketing analytics infrastructure, and digital experience optimization across all Family First brands. Reporting to the CMO, you'll oversee digital advertising execution, provide strategic direction for our analytics function, and drive continuous improvement of our digital user experience.

Primary Responsibilities

You'll develop and oversee comprehensive paid digital strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms, managing six-figure budget allocation, campaign optimization, and agency partnerships. You'll provide strategic oversight for Family First's marketing analytics function, working with the analytics team to set measurement priorities, define frameworks, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for leadership. You'll also lead digital experience optimization efforts, collaborating with web development teams on conversion rate improvement, testing roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between acquisition channels and on-site experience. This senior leadership role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of progressive digital marketing experience with expertise in paid advertising, analytics, and conversion optimization
  • Proven track record managing six-figure advertising budgets across Google Ads and Meta platforms with measurable ROI improvement
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and marketing analytics with ability to interpret data and guide strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage agency relationships, and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in nonprofit sector or mission-driven organizations
