Job description

JOB OVERVIEW
The Digital Experience Solutioneer is responsible for translating approved experience designs, user journeys, and functional requirements into live, reliable, and scalable digital solutions. Reporting to the Digital Experience Analyst, this role is execution-focused and delivery-oriented. While the Analyst defines experience vision, standards, and priorities, the Digital Experience Solutioneer ensures those designs are implemented correctly in Stratus (The Unity Information System) and integrated with automation, AI agents and operational workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability for students and internal teams across Enterprise Education.
This role sits at the intersection of user experience, system configuration, automation, and applied AI, ensuring that ideas move from concept to production and perform as intended for enrolled learners and internal teams across Enterprise Education.
POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
  • Develop, configure, and maintain digital solutions in Stratus that support the full student lifecycle, from prospect engagement through enrollment. Translate solution designs, user journeys, and process documentation into functional, end-to-end digital implementations that support real user needs.
  • Implement workflows, automation, rules, and integrations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability for students and staff.
  • Collaborate with platform administrators and IT teams as needed to deploy enhancements, while maintaining ownership of solution behavior and outcomes.
  • Support the deployment and iteration of Una, Unity's AI agent, by implementing approved agent behaviors, workflows, triggers, and escalation paths within Stratus.
  • Assist with AI-enabled features such as guided interactions, predictive routing, automated responses, and contextual support, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and user experience goals.
  • Participate in testing, tuning, and refinement of AI-enabled tools to improve reliability, adoption, and user trust over time.
  • Support functional testing and user acceptance testing by validating that solutions meet documented requirements and behave as expected for end users.
  • Monitor deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or enhancements in collaboration with analysts, designers, and system administrators.
  • Ensure deployed solutions meet expectations for accessibility, data integrity, security, and institutional standards.
  • Maintain clear technical, configuration, and workflow documentation to support sustainability, onboarding, and future iteration.
  • Ensure implementations are built with scalability and maintainability in mind, avoiding fragile or overly customized solutions where possible. Stay current with emerging best practices in , UX implementation, accessibility, automation, Salesforce capabilities, applied AI, and online learning platforms, applying relevant innovations to Enterprise Education.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

POSITION SPECIFIC EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in UX implementation, information systems, digital platforms, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring and deploying solutions within CRM/SIS or comparable enterprise platforms (Salesforce or similar preferred).
  • Experience building workflows, automations, data models, and integrations in support of business processes.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and technical dependencies.
  • Ability to interpret requirements documentation and solution designs and translate them into functional technical implementations.
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining digital systems in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, and platform-native development features.
  • Knowledge of accessibility, data integrity, and security best practices in digital systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to reliability, accuracy, and system performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.

WORK SCHEDULE / AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Work hours are specific to the requirements of this position and can include days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled by their supervisor to best support students. Working extended hours required as needed. Must be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling responsibilities and meeting the Institution's needs. Although Unity Environmental University employees are generally scheduled to work at their specifically assigned locations, there are times when travel is necessary, and employees are required from time to time to attend events, meetings, or work temporary assignments at any Unity Environmental University location.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, it is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand or walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The use of either hand for repetitive movements such as grasping, grasping and turning, and fine manipulation is required as is the ability to use the telephone for internal and external communications.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Work is performed mostly in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate. Exposure to changes of temperature or humidity 1-33% of the time.
