Job description

Title: Digital Service Administrator

Location: UT Federal Credit Union Corporate Office

Reports to: AVP, Director of Operations

UT Federal Credit Union is seeking a knowledgeable and member-focused Digital Service Administrator to support and enhance our digital banking experience. This role is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening platforms.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional member service while supporting secure and efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support digital banking and online account opening platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve digital service issues for members and staff
  • Partner with vendors on system enhancements, updates, and issue resolution
  • Support fraud monitoring, compliance, and digital security efforts
  • Coordinate digital service projects, testing, and deployments
  • Monitor member feedback and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain procedures and training materials for staff
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital banking, operations, or a related financial institution role
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Business-related degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
