We are seeking a pro-active and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Your role

  • Identifying client opportunities for added value and improvement to enhance the Creative Design offering within projects.
  • Providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Able to build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Coordinate and support resource allocation thoughtfully and effectively to ensure project success.
  • Overseeing and managing risk on project budgets, quality and timelines.
  • Ensuring we're delivering high-quality projects that provide meaningful value.
  • Ensure project close-outs are undertaken and that insights and learnings are openly shared with the broader PM team.
  • Working with the PM team to continuously assess working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Possess a creative flair and thoughtful and innovative approach to projects.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Support and guide junior-mid weight team members, mentoring them to build confidence and grow their skill sets, and present updates on their development plans regularly.
About you
  • Strong understanding of digital development and design processes and able to lead client meetings to build trust and confidence around project delivery.
  • Team management and collaboration.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
