Your Impact:

This Director leads the Global Campaign Marketing team. The role owns end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand campaigns that directly support the product portfolio growth programs, aligning marketing strategy to the business strategy and translating campaign frameworks into pipeline. This is a leadership mandate to define and lead a new team, bringing this group together as a cohesive unit with a single operating model, one set of standards, and one accountable pipeline number. The role sits in a period of significant change across the marketing organization and with our key internal client, Sales, and calls for someone comfortable making and owning decisions as that change unfolds.

What The Role Offers:

  • Define and lead the new team: set its operating model, roles, standards, and priorities, making and owning the decisions required to stand it up and keep it moving through ongoing change.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a consolidated team spanning campaign marketing, intent-based orchestration (6Sense), and paid media, reinforcing shared processes, quality standards, and a single team culture.
  • Own the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across BU, cross-BU, and whole-portfolio campaigns, ensuring each directly supports the product portfolio growth programs and maps to measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Align campaign strategy to the business strategy, so that demand priorities reflect where the product portfolios are investing for growth.
  • Direct the 6Sense practice for buying group identification, intent scoring, and orchestration, operating the current MQL waterfall model while helping lead the transition to multithreaded account-based qualification.
  • Set paid media strategy and manage the Paid Media budget for BU, cross-BU, and portfolio-wide campaigns, holding specialists and agency partners accountable to efficiency and pipeline-sourced return.
  • Manage agency relationships across media, and campaign execution, setting briefs, standards, and performance expectations.
  • Partner with PMM leads to convert positioning and messaging into campaign assets, offers, and journeys that sellers can act on.
  • Establish and report the team's contribution to sourced and influenced pipeline, using consistent measurement across all campaign types.
  • Coordinate with marketing operations on campaign instrumentation, data flows, and the systems dependencies that underpin qualification and routing.
  • Serve as the connective point between campaign execution and GTM strategy, ensuring campaigns reflect the governed information layer as the precondition for agentic transformation.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 8+ years in B2B campaign or demand marketing, with 3+ years leading and building teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline number and a track record of measurable marketing-sourced growth.
  • Working knowledge of both MQL waterfall qualification and buying-group qualified account (BQA) models, with the ability to operate one while transitioning to the other.
  • Hands-on fluency with 6Sense or a comparable intent and orchestration platform, and with buying-group demand models.
  • Direct experience managing paid media strategy and budgets across search, social, programmatic, and syndication.
  • Proven experience managing agency partners across creative, media, or campaign execution.
  • Strong operating discipline: process design, measurement rigor, and consistent cross-team execution.
  • Comfort defining structure and owning decisions in a high-change environment, including working closely with Sales through a period of significant transition.
  • Experience partnering with product marketing and marketing operations in a matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Enterprise software or technology sector experience preferred.
