Job description

Who We're Looking For - RevOps/Paid Media Specialist

Do you get passionate about leading new initiatives, uncovering insights from data, and seeing the direct impact of your work? Are you driven to not only optimize existing revenue-driving campaigns but also to identify and capitalize on emerging channel opportunities in the ever-evolving media landscape? If you're a collaborative, goal-oriented marketer with a hunger for performance growth, this opportunity is for you.

The ideal candidate is an experienced paid media practitioner with a strong foundation in paid search and demonstrable experience in driving significant performance improvements. Experience in other channels, including social, native, display, and programmatic video, is highly valued. In this role, you'll be joining other talented marketers as a RevOps Specialist, owning cross-channel execution that drives our goals across our owned and operated network of brands

We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented individual with a proactive mindset. You should be eager to identify and pursue new growth opportunities, challenge the status quo, and continually optimize our core channels. We want someone with the intellectual curiosity to explore new strategies and tactics, the drive to fight for their ideas, and the humility to embrace feedback and collaborate effectively.

At the center of everything we do is the desire to elevate the customer experience and create something worth talking about. We take our work - and the opportunities ahead of us - seriously, so if you think you've got the chops, we should meet.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar annual budget to drive efficient, profitable customer acquisition.
  • Work within the Clearlink Revenue Operations (RevOps) function to analyze channel and partner performance across our network and execute against the highest-impact opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance daily, identify root causes of changes, and take decisive, data-informed actions to improve results.
  • Evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel to identify and close gaps in user experience, conversion flow, and revenue opportunities.
  • Translate data into clear insights, identify the key drivers of performance, and take ownership of acting on them.
  • Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap, including A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and landing page experiences.
  • Continuously launch and iterate on new campaigns, creatives, and tests to drive incremental performance gains and scale what works.
  • Prioritize high-impact opportunities and focus efforts on initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and analytics teams to align media strategy with brand and monetization goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (CPA, ROAS, profit per session, lead quality, etc.) and deliver actionable reporting to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive strategies to inform ongoing campaign improvements.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in performance-focused digital media buying, with a strong focus on paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
  • Proven success managing mid- to large-scale budgets ($500K+/year) and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing models, lead generation, and revenue-per-click or revenue-per-session monetization strategies.
  • Experience in landing page optimization, including real-world testing examples that led to measurable improvements.
  • Experience in optimizing toward down-funnel quality metrics, such as lead-to-sale rate, client retention, or lifetime value, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, GA4, Looker, etc.) and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Spanish fluency a plus!
