We're looking for a Site Generator Operator in the Philippines to manage our power equipment. You will ensure safe, reliable operations by monitoring generator and transformer performance, overseeing fuel systems, and conducting A and B maintenance services. What you'll do:

  • Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.

  • Execute routine inspections and scheduled A and B Services, including oil changes and component replacements.

  • Respond promptly to system alarms and faults, performing basic repairs or escalating complex issues.

  • Monitor fuel levels and quality across all units to prevent outages and maintain Aggreko standards.

  • Forecast fuel needs and coordinate deliveries with suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply.

  • Maintain precise logs of run hours, performance metrics, and fuel reconciliation reports.

  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, including spill prevention.

  • Identify and report abnormal fuel consumption patterns to support fuel efficiency initiatives.

  • Track and maintain the stock of essential spare parts, fuel, and consumables.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and fuel usage while keeping the site organized.

You'll have the following skills and experience:

  • High school diploma or technical vocational certificate in electrical or mechanical fields.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience operating generator systems, preferably in Aggreko or similar environments.

  • Knowledge of generator control panels, fuel systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with Aggreko's operational standards, fuel management protocols, and service procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
