Casting considerations include the baby's temperament, appearance, and ability to stay comfortable during shoots.

Job description

We are a screen-free home with two very sweet toddler boys (ages 2 and 3) who love imaginative play and being active. We follow a Montessori-inspired approach, so our days are centered around hands-on learning, independence, and creativity. A typical day includes helping the boys get dressed, changing our 2-year-old’s diaper, brushing teeth, preparing and serving breakfast and lunch, and spending the majority of the day engaged in play and learning activities. They love making up games, building, reading, outdoor time, and practical life activities. This position is fully in-home and does not require any driving. We are a very intentional family when it comes to communication. We prioritize respectful, calm interactions and do not yell or raise our voices. We model gentle, clear communication and expect the same in return. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being present, playful, and interactive — someone who can guide them through their day with patience, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • A love of working with children
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Passion for helping others
