What will you do as a Luxury Sales Professional at Diamond Cellar?

Our Luxury Sales Professionals deliver an exceptional customer experience for each client who walks through our door – whether they are looking to make a purchase, need a repair, or are simply interested in browsing our amazing brands. They create an unforgettable shopping experience every day. Our sales professionals are go-getters, energetic, and approachable.

  • Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Diamond Cellar standards for every client.
  • Build and maintain a strong clientele by leveraging your interpersonal skills and sales expertise.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and products in the luxury market.
  • Obtain all required GIA training.
  • Assist in the opening and closing of store following all security and company protocols.
  • Assist with merchandising and visual displays to ensure the store meets all Diamond Cellar and brand visual standards.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


What are we looking for in a Luxury Sales Professional?

  • Previous sales experience; luxury sales experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays
  • Experience in clientele building in luxury retail, a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self starter who thrives in a fast paced sales environment
