ICS is seeking a Management Analyst to join our team!
The individual shall provide analyst functions including conducting research, data collection, and data modeling by compiling and assembling documents for delivery to multiple clients on a specified schedule. The individual will perform tasks not limited to:
  • Performing data collection, entry, organization, analysis, and research for various deliverables.
  • Contributing to the development of presentations, reports, surveys, and tools for review and approval.
  • Summarizing information from various sources for different types and levels of consumption as well as performing validation checks.
  • Assisting with data management concerning various matters including regulatory requirements, diversity, inclusion, equal opportunity, operations, supervision, and procurements.
  • Gathering, summarizing, and verifying information used to populate reports and/or other deliverables geared toward various audiences, leaders, external stakeholders, internal staff and the public at large.
  • Providing quality control checks, creating and providing standard and advanced query reports for performance monitoring and customer updates.
  • Providing independent and objective analysis services including organizational assessments; program audits and evaluations; performance measure/indicators; process and productivity improvement.
  • Addressing long range strategic planning to gain improvements in management, operation and other business areas.
  • Assisting groups in establishing clear goals to achieve new levels of problem solving and decision making.

Requirements
Have 5-8 years of Federal Management Analyst experience
