Roles
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate delivery of SRE and Platform Engineering services across application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
Collaborate with technical architects to align solution design, dependencies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
Ensure timely delivery of platform services, reliability initiatives, and engineering commitments.
Support platform remediation program management, including tracking risks, issues, technical debt, and closure plans.
Drive governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination for Kubernetes/OpenShift-based platform initiatives.
Enable smooth collaboration between application teams and shared platform teams to resolve blockers, manage platform dependencies, and accelerate adoption of standard platform services.
Contributes to capacity planning and prioritization by working with architects and engineering leads on roadmaps, sequencing, resource planning, and implementation dependencies.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence across DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Application, and Infrastructure teams.
