To thrive in a Development role, you need strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of software development principles, often supported by a degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with coding languages (such as Python, Java, or JavaScript), version control systems like Git, and development frameworks or tools is typically required.
