  • Post and maintain job descriptions on a variety of job boards

  • Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers

  • Tracking interview feedback for candidates

  • Market/Sell our company, position, and benefits

  • Successfully drive multiple recruiting efforts in different stages of the recruiting pipeline.

  • Leverage a strong knowledge of the contracting/sourcing market space, value propositions, products and services, as well as competitive intelligence in order to drive the growth of our company.

  • Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and or video conference with all levels of candidates.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors.

  • Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and offer accepts
