Overview:

CBS Global USA Inc. is seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Representative to accelerate revenue growth across our warehousing, logistics, and value-added service offerings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can open doors with new customers, and is comfortable operating across both sales and operations when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, storage, and logistics services
  • Build and maintain relationships with automotive and manufacturing suppliers, as well as aftermarket distribution channels
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and industry engagement
  • Develop proposals, pricing models, and service solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure successful onboarding and execution of new business
  • Support growth initiatives in automation, robotics, and advanced warehouse solutions where applicable
  • Travel as needed (approximately 20โ€“25%) for customer visits and project support


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2โ€“5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments strongly preferred
