Description:

About Fudale Events

Fudale Events is a Las Vegas-based experiential event company specializing in large-scale corporate events, creative design, and seamless operations. We thrive on innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

About the Role

The Business Development & Event Operations Manager plays a vital role in driving company growth by cultivating strong client relationships and supporting seamless program execution. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are aligned with operational delivery. In addition to business development responsibilities, this role will also oversee and operate programs as needed, ensuring smooth execution and an exceptional client experience from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and relationship-focused, with the ability to balance client development, logistics coordination, and hands-on program management in a fast-paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves people and relationships. At Fudale Events, many of our clients become long-term partners because we lead with honesty, responsiveness, and genuine care. This role is for someone who enjoys the operational side of events and can also strengthen partnerships within the corporate event space—jumping into logistics when needed, anticipating needs before issues arise, and communicating solutions with confidence. We’re not looking for order takers; we want a proactive thinker who takes ownership and helps create exceptional experiences from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Growth

  • Cultivate new business opportunities through relationship-building, networking, targeted outreach, hotel/site visits, and client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement through expanded programming, partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential enhancements.
  • Anticipate client and operational needs before issues arise, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Support targeted growth of FUDALE-hosted events and initiatives to increase client participation and revenue.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events to strengthen business development efforts.

Event Planning & Experiential Logistics

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to confirm objectives, scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating events and client experiences (corporate events, conferences, destination programs, and creative activations).
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and talent to support smooth, on-time execution.
  • Support experiential components across programs (offsite venues, activities, tours, transfers, and unique event elements).
  • Provide hands-on, on-site support for key accounts as needed.

Program Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day program operations by coordinating timelines, task ownership, and internal communication.
  • Partner with the Vice President and operations leadership to ensure pricing, margins, and budgets are accurate and aligned with scope.
  • Maintain organized documentation (project plans, budgets, schedules, contracts, and internal records).
  • Track key outcomes and operational metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and improved client experience.

Client & Partner Relations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support long-term collaboration and repeat business.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication, providing timely updates and handling logistics questions.
  • Support proposals, presentations, and post-event follow-ups, including documentation and feedback collection.

Team Collaboration & On-Site Support

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and event teams (including contractors) to support staffing needs, schedules, and on-site execution.
  • Support planning and troubleshooting by coordinating with the Assistant Director of Development & Logistics and escalating issues to the Director of Operations & Entertainment as needed.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven culture across internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in DMC (Destination Management Company), event sales, event management, or client management.
  • Brings a strong understanding of corporate events and experiential programs.
  • A relationship-driven professional who excels at building trust with clients, vendors, and hoteliers.
  • Comfortable balancing sales strategy with operational execution.
  • Hospitality-minded approach with a strong sense of professionalism, urgency, and client care.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Local knowledge of Las Vegas venues, hotels, entertainment, and vendors strongly preferred.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during events.

Schedule Requirements

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office required; remote work only for pre-approved days or special circumstances).

Compensation

Full-time, salaried position starting at $70,000+ annually, plus bonus, based on experience.
