What We're Looking For

We're seeking a strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances team leadership with hands-on support. The ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced in cannabis retail leadership (1+ year preferred)

  • Skilled at motivating and guiding staff while modeling professionalism

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable under pressure

  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service

  • Confident in compliance, company policies, and operational standards

What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in Business Management preferred)

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in cannabis retail preferred

You'll gain hands-on experience in staff development, operations management, and compliance oversight while working closely with store and upper leadership. Many of our Store Managers and Corporate leaders began their journey in this very role.

At Nirvana, we don't just fill roles-we build careers. If you're ambitious and eager to grow, this is your opportunity to step into the next stage of your career.
