Start Date: September 1, 2026 Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Employment duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee the full constituent record lifecycle, from creation through updates and archival, maintaining accuracy at every stage. Coordinate with the Alumni Relations and Registrar's offices to ensure new graduate records are imported and properly attributed in a timely manner. Research and verify alumni contact information using internal and external sources to maintain the highest possible deliverability and reach. Track and document alumni data sources to support audit readiness and data governance compliance.

Assist the Director of Development Operations in ensuring quality and accuracy of mailing and email lists prior to deployment. Work alongside and under the guidance of the Director of Development Operations on all major data initiatives, system improvements, and division-wide projects. However, sponsorship is contingent upon the non-applicability of the visa petition fees outlined in the relevant Executive Order signed September 19, 2025. Due to the recent federally-mandated increased financial expense, the university is not in a position to absorb this significantly increased cost of sponsorship for new H-1B petitions at this time. International candidates are encouraged to apply, but should be aware that eligibility for sponsorship will be evaluated in accordance with current U.S

immigration regulations and institutional policies.
