LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Law Office Assistant for a well-established law firm in Jacksonville. This role is ideal for a professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment. The Law Office Assistant will play an important role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service to attorneys, staff, and clients.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Scan, copy, print, and distribute legal documents and correspondence.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and client appointments.
- Order and maintain office supplies and assist with office operations.
- Enter and update information within firm databases and systems.
- Assist attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants with administrative projects as needed.
- Ensure the reception and common areas remain professional and organized.
Qualifications- Prior law firm experience or corporate legal department experience preferred.
- 1+ years of administrative, office assistant, receptionist, or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
