Job description

1. Purpose

The Internship Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in the construction industry. The program aims to develop future professionals by offering practical learning opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects.

2. Eligibility

Intern candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Be enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college, university, or trade school with a relevant major (e.g., construction management, civil engineering, architecture, business administration).
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening (if applicable).

3. Program Structure

  • Duration: Internships last between 8 weeks and 4 months, depending on project needs and academic requirements.
  • Schedule: Interns may work part-time or full-time, with hours determined based on department needs and school schedules.
  • Compensation: Interns will receive an hourly wage based on experience and department placement. Interns are not eligible for company benefits unless otherwise specified.
