In the role of Marketing Finance Managerย working in Toronto, Ontario you will be part of the Finance team. You will serve as an advisor to the Marketing Leadership Team, providing financial guidance and support. This role leads a team of finance professionals and plays a critical role in influencing a broader network of commercial stakeholders. Through execution of the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, the Marketing Finance Manager ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial performance updates for the Canadian Marketing organization and broader Commercial organization, driving business decisions, investment strategies and resource allocation, and enabling financial accountability.

What You'll Be Brewing:ย 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3 talented colleagues,ย and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on oneย conversations
  • Responsible for accounting and reporting including variance analysis of Marketing Expenses in Canada. Delivers actionable financial information to the Marketing team across all levels to assist in functional and decision-making needs.
  • Responsible for period end closing responsibilities and key operational control performance.
  • Leads the execution of the Marketing budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring strong forecast accuracy along with risk and opportunity identification for inclusion in the Canada Commercial business forecast.
  • Influences stakeholders on investment decisions and identifies opportunities to mitigate risk and improve return on marketing investment.
  • Responsible for the preparation of partnership reporting and analysis including drivers of actual vs planned performance.
  • Supports Finance Director and Marketing leadership in discussion with external partners.
  • Prepares or reviews financial inputs and assumptions in business case development for significant investments including sponsorships and innovation, ensuring assumptions and outputs are well vetted.
  • Lead and grow a team of financial professionals to provide a high level of service and improve profitability and return on marketing investment.

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewardsย Offerings: $108,100.00 - $141,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
