NeuLife Rehabilitation (NLR) provides post-acute rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and Neurological Disorders.
Position Summary:
The Director of Nursing (DON) will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, developing care plans, and implementing clinical best practices to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff across all departments.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain skilled nursing professionals.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Prepare budgets and manage department resources effectively.
• Conduct audits and quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications:
• Current RN license in Louisiana
