Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Director to lead and manage all marketing efforts across multiple brands within our organization. This role will oversee the marketing team, guide strategy, manage campaigns, and ensure all marketing initiatives support business growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in ROI-driven marketing, CMS website management, CRM systems, and website design/optimization. This role requires someone who can manage projects, support the marketing team, communicate effectively with leadership, and ensure all marketing efforts are executed with creativity, accuracy, and measurable results.

This position also requires someone who is personable, organized, and able to work well under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

The Marketing Director will also be responsible for creating and managing the marketing budget, ensuring marketing investments generate strong performance and measurable returns.
