About the Position

The company is seeking a highly strategic and relationship-driven Director of Development to lead business development and market expansion efforts. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting pursuits into profitable backlog.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong experience within concrete construction or structural systems
