The Director of Nursing (DON) will oversee all aspects of nursing services, including staff management, compliance, and quality of care. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for long-term care.

Director of Nursing Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring excellent clinical care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee resident care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs and comply with standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.
  • Manage nursing department budgets, staffing schedules, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
